Are on the right track in fighting corruptions?

02 Nov

First it was the Minister of Higher Education who was on the spotlight, the Foreign Affairs Minister Moses Wetangula followed suit, and the Mayor of Nairobi was not spared either. They were all forced to ‘step aside’ pending investigations into their alleged fraud cases.

Even before things simmer, word is that four Ministers are now under investigation by the KACC and that no less than 45 heads of parastatals to are being investigated. In the past few days, headlines of possible underhand dealings in the Ministry of Immigration and Ministry of Water and Irrigation are being investigated.

Is this a sign that the country is on the right track in reducing the levels of corruption?
